Introduction
KRISHNA MURTHY IIT ACADEMY is a Hyderabad based coaching center which offers preparatory courses for the IIT (JEE), with or with out AIEEE, BITSAT & INTERMEDIATE . The institute is situated in the heart of the city, on the Shivam Road, New Nallakunta, which is easily accessible from any area. KRISHNA MURTHY IIT ACADEMY also has a branch in the Secunderabad area, within the premises of Wesley Junior College near Paradise. Classes are held between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM in different slots. The timings have been selected to ensure to provide the same quality education at both the places. Students all over the country join this coaching center to prepare for the IIT (JEE) and other competitive exams like AIEEE and BITSAT.
The driving force behind KRISHNA MURTHY IIT ACADEMY is its Director Mr. D. KRISHNA MURTHY, a Lecturer in Mathematics who is well known in the field of education. He is a master in Mathematics with over two and half decades of rich experience in coaching students for IIT-JEE. Besides his excellent teaching skills he is known for his sound understanding of administrative issues. His meticulous planning coupled with quick action and a good team work are the important factors behind his success.
Methodology
The method of teaching is concept based, simple and precise. This method is proven in bringing out the highest level of comprehension among a vast majority of students and helps improve students? analytical ability. Students are encouraged to ask questions, clarify their doubts and feel comfortable with the format of education and the faculty. Courses Offered
KRISHNA MURTHY IIT ACADEMY offers the following preparatory courses, selecting the students by conducting an aptitude test, separately for each course.
Exclusive IIT-JEE
Two year preparatory course, exclusively for IIT(JEE).
This course is for the 10th passed students, who will single mindedly target IIT(JEE).
All in One
Two year integrated preparatory course for IIT(JEE) + AIEEE + BITSAT + INTERMEDIATE
This course is also for the 10th passed students, who will be nurtured with utmost care and after two years of intensive studies they will be able to target IIT-JEE , AIEEE and BITSAT and score good percentage of marks in the intermediate examination.
Course allotment will be done on the basis of the students performance in the aptitude test.
Issue of Applications : 3rd and 4th Sundays of March.
Date of Aptitude test : 2nd or 3rd week of April.
Commencement of classes : Second week of June.
Duration of the course : June to February (First year) & April to February (Second year).
Short term course
This course is offered to the students who have completed their Intermediate 1st year and who can grasp the concepts quickly and can prepare for
IIT-JEE/AIEEE/BITSAT within one year.
Issue of Applications : In the month of January.
Date of Aptitude test : 2nd Sunday of February
Commencement of classes : First week of April
Duration of the course : April to February
Repeaters course
This course is for the students who could not clear IIT-JEE in the first attempt. They require not only academic but also psychological, moral and emotional support to concentrate on their aim with dedication.
Issue of Applications : Immediately after IIT-JEE results
Date of Aptitude test : Second Sunday of June
Commencement of classes: Last week of June
Duration of the course : June to February
Note: For all the second year students, mock tests will be conducted after the intermediate exams
